Return Process

  Log into your LMNT account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the provided return label.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned food items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
